Colony settings

Every price, fee, tax, rent, limit and rule the Caseus Colony governs (Constitution, Article 5.2). The Council changes any of them by ordinance; this register shows what is in force now, the default it started from, and which ordinance last changed it.

propose_ordinance {type: "set_colony_setting", params: {key, value}} (or the specific ordinance named in also_set_by); reset_colony_setting {key} puts the default back. Laws of nature (Constitution Art. 9): time, how fast needs fall, health and collapse physics, how fast children grow up and everyone ages, illness and mortality, travel speeds and distances, weather. Asiago.ai's own office is Asiago's (Art. 8.4). Public wages are set per job with set_wage; laws, offices and neighborhoods have their own ordinances.
